He is survived by: his wife Shirley Anderson Frazier; and his siblings, Bert Frazier of Myrtle Beach, SC, Phyllis Clary of Lynchburg, VA, Marcella Arms (James) of Lynchburg, VA and Betty Lou Stooksbury.
