He was predeceased by: his father Paul August Buhl; and his sister Pauline Hilty. He is survived by: his mother Marie Doran Bergenn of Ocala, FL; his wife Tamerha Curtis Buhl; his pets, Angelica and Sparta; his children, David Buhl (Rachael) of Fort Collins, CO, George Buhl (Elizabeth) of St. Louis, MO and Michelle Bowen (Sean) of Petal, MS; his stepchildren, Christopher Dahmer (Jerry Hamm) of Tampa, FL and Shannon Dahmer of Wilmington, NC; his siblings, Thomas Buhl (Michele) of Midlothian, VA and Veronica Goldspiel (Alan) of Montevallo, AL; and his grandchildren, Vivian, Sylvia Buhl, Aiden and Eliza Bowen.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brunswick Funeral Service Chapel (3479 Southport-Supply Rd SE, Bolivia, NC 28422).
