She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Bertram Blake and Emily Mae Cutter Blake; her husband James Linwood Cooper; her siblings, Charlie Blake, Edna Blake and Millie Andrews; her nephew Little Charlie Blake; and her close friends, Betty, Stan Spengler, Tootie, Shaver Brown and Leola Pipes.
She is survived by: her children, James E. Cooper of Aptos, CA, Richard J. Cooper (Cathy) of Sunset Harbor and Katherine Hartless (Frank) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by one grandchild and several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to the Naval Memorial Fund or to the American Cancer Society.
