He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughter Angela (Robert); his grandchildren, Lauryn (Adrian) and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Landyn and Davis; his brother-in-law Scott (Jennifer); his niece Blaire; and his brothers, Mark and Joseph Faulk.
