She was predeceased by: her parents, Plato Bullard and Lucille T. Bullard; and her sister Betty Jean Bullard. She is survived by: her husband Charles Eugene "Gene" Noblett; her daughters, Jeanne Noblett Weimer, Mary Anne Noblett Whaley (Jeff) and Beth Noblett; and her brother Paul Bullard (Judy). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
