He is survived by: his wife Peggy Russ Johnson of North Carolina; his children, Kim Prevo (Larry) of Florida and Keith Johnson (Wanda) of Florida; his stepchildren, Taffy Gause (Jim) of North Carolina and Taft Russ of Florida; and his sisters, Martha Goins (Buddy) of Florida, Carol Hunt of Florida and Barbara Rainey of Florida. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
