He is survived by: his wife Magdalene Blake; his sons, Clay Blake (Judy) and Shane Blake; his grandchildren, Madison Blake, Mackenzie Blake, Robbie Lennon and April Simpson; and his sister Elizabeth Ann Settlemeyer (Billy). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
