We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2021, at the age of 86, Freddy Ray Phipps (Bolivia, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Phipps; his parents, Yancey Phipps and Vera Deaton Phipps; and his siblings, Eunice Miller, Ruth Arp and Craig Phipps.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherri Hewett (Michael); his granddaughters, Jessica Stone (Jason) and Erica Morley; his great grandchildren, Caroline Perry, Wyatt Morley and Vinny Stone; and his sister Brenda Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
