He is survived by: his wife Doris Lovingood Huffling; his daughters, Lorie Capps Thomas of Sneads Ferry, NC, Davie Jean Bordeaux of Garner, NC and Stephanie R. Capps of Leland, NC; his grandchildren, Daniel Lee Thomas I, Elizabeth Ann Moxley, Remington Mark Bordeaux, Landon Bordeaux and Hannah Grace Bordeaux; and his great grandchildren, Matthew William Thomas, McKenzie Gracelyn Thomas and Allison Moxley.
