She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Sharpe and Faye Smith Sharpe; and her daughter Melissa Goins. She is survived by: her husband James Hrubik; her children, David Coy Herndon of Greensboro and Jessica Lee Goins of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Chasity Herndon, Dustin Herndon, Cheyenne Dunn, Corbin Winn, Chandler Goins, Chance Potter, Mykala Dunn, Dakota Dunn and Isabella Dunn; her great grandchild Silas Auman; and her brothers, Clifton Sharpe and Hershel Sharpe of Raleigh.
