He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Paul Miller and Miriam Gart Miller. He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Todd (Heath) of Georgetown and Samuel Miller (Jenell) of Petersburg, Virginia; his brother David Miller (Elena) of Cherry Hill; his stepbrother Stephen Gart (Paula); and his close friend Kendsey Walker. He is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
