She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Fowler and Ruby Fowler; her sister Evelyn Fowler Culbreth (Boyd); and her nephew Ronald Henderson. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Henderson; her children, Jeff Blackwell (Joy), Beverly Blackwell Brush (Greg), Scott Blackwell (Lynn) and Elisa Henderson Cothran (Don); and her siblings, Rita Fowler Horne (Danny) and Dewey Clifford Fowler (Janice). She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
