We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2022, at the age of 81, Rodney Renard Nolen of Boiling Springs, North Carolina, born in Gaston, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. A. R. Nolen and Lois Anderson Nolen; and his parents-in-law, J. L. Beason, Sr. and Helen Whisenant Beason. He is survived by: his wife Jane Beason Nolen; his sons, R. Scott Nolen (Jill) and James "Jamie" G. Nolen (Pam); his grandchildren, Melia Nolen Graves (Clark), Hayden Petty Nolen (Torie), Mara Nolen Palmeri (Reese) and James Gibson Nolen, Jr. (Alexandra Hawkins); his great grandchild Nolen Clark Graves; and his sister April Nolen Harrill (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
