She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy McKinley Walker and Edna Peters Walker; her husband Samuel Baxter Hawkins (Drew); and her siblings, Hugh Walker, Guy Walker (Bud), Carl Walker, Johnny Walker, Earl Walker (David) and Shirley Brooks.
She is survived by: her son Ron; her daughter-in-law Hilda Hawkins of Shelby; her daughter Carolyn Hawkins Anderson of Houston, Texas.; her grandchildren, Chris Hawkins of Shelby, Tina Wesson (Joe) of Shelby and Jim Anderson (Stacey) of Houston, Texas.; her great grandchildren, Amber, Michael Hawkins of Shelby, Josie, Jennie Wesson of Shelby, James Ethan and Caroline Winter Anderson of Houston, Texas; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jacob, Luke and Jonah Wesson of Shelby.
