He is survived by: his wife Betty Jenkins Washburn; his children, Cathy Boyd (James) of Chesnee, SC, Libby Washburn Blair (Scott) of Boiling Springs, NC and Harry Washburn, Jr. (Sherwin) of Boiling Springs, NC; his grandchildren, Wes Boyd (Amanda) of Chesnee, SC, Jerry Boyd (Amber) of Chesnee, SC, Katie Jolley (Aaron) of Chesnee, SC and Meredith Foy (Alan) of Chesnee, SC; his stepgranddaughter Scottie Handford (Paul) of Easley, SC; his siblings, Gerald Washburn of Herndon, VA, D. P. Washburn (Lin) of Polkville, NC and Evelyn Giles (Walter) of Cary, NC; and his parent Edna Wright Washburn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
