He was predeceased by: his parents, J. M. Bartee and Geneva Martin Bartee. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Geneva Blair, Clarence Eugene Bartee of Boiling Springs, NC and William Blaine Bartee of Boiling Springs, NC; his aunt Inez Martin; and his uncle Charles Sherman Martin. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and great great nephews and nieces.
