He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Hawkins and Peggy Earwood. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hawkins; and his daughters, Michelle West (Chad), Malinda Price (Chad), Jamie Clary (Travis) and Samantha Barrett. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
