He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles James Hamrick and Bernice Elizabeth Borders Hamrick; and his brother Joseph Marshall Hamrick. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Hocutt Hamrick; his sons, Jason (Amy), Leif (Christina), Spencer (Erika) and Miles; and his grandchildren, Morgan, Aaron, Levi, Isaac, Austin, Trevor, Megan, Leighton, Colson, Price Hamrick and Logan Calvert.
