It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Hamrick (Boiling Springs, North Carolina), who passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parent Ernest C. Rhyne; her husband J. W. Hamrick; and her grandson Jason Flynn. She is survived by: her parent Hattie Teal Rhyne; and her children, Jesse Hamrick (Sonda) of Boiling Springs, Ernest Hamrick of Boiling Springs, Carroll Hamrick of Boiling Springs, John Hamrick of Boiling Springs, Judy Heffner (Johnny) of Grover and Hattie H. Flynn (Ronald) of Columbia, SC. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
