He is survived by: his parent Wilma Chalkley; his wife Leslie Chalkley; his daughter Rachel Chalkley; his sister Mary Wolfe (Dennis); his nephew Jesse Wolfe; his nieces, Ashleigh Burbidge and Kari Wolfe; his sister-in-law Lauren Egan; his nephew Connor Egan; his niece Aileen Egan; and his brother-in-law Brian Greene.
