He was predeceased by: his father Robert William Glenn (Bill). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia T. Glenn (Cyndi); his mother Saundra "Sandy" Glenn of Asheville, N. C.; his brother P. J. Glenn of Arden, N. C.; his daughter Megan Ashley Glenn Hutchinson (Coty) of Oak Island, N. C.; his grandchildren, Zander, Nora Kate "Norbert" and C. J.; his daughter Aimee Glenn Packer (Michael) of Fletcher, N. C.; his grandchild Timberly; and his children, Kelsey Simmons "Little Bit" (Justin) of Wilmington, N. C., Mason Simmons of Leland, N. C., Trevor Glenn of Southport, Reilly James, Parker James and Reagan.

The family asks that donations may be made to the Glenn Memorial Fund at United Bank on Southport-Supply Rd. in Southport, N.C. where Mrs. Gina Oldam will accept donations.

“We were so sorry to hear of Tommy's passing. I certainly thought of him often, especially when I played golf at The Lakes, or drove by the Old Bridge Diner. I suddenly realized that I hadn't seen any posts on FB from Tommy in quite a while, and that is how I discovered that he had passed away. I'm sure his family is devastated; he was such a strong figure. We will remember Tommy for his wit, intelligence, forbearance, and great sense of humor.
