She was predeceased by: her parent Raymond Barto; her husband William J. Owens; and her sons, William Owens and Thomas J. Owens. She is survived by: her parent Katherine Barto; her grandchildren, Debbie Reynolds, Thomas J. Owens, Jr. of New York and Misty Marie Artz of Florida; her great grandchildren, Jason Carroll of Pennsylvania, Chelsea Rose Owens of Arizona, Rachael Marie Artz and Michael Artz; her nephew Billy Weldon (Kathy) of Pennsylvania; and also Lucy.
