It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachery Gerlach of Blowing Rock, North Carolina, born in Coldwater, Ohio, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Valerie Gerlach (Romer); and his grandparents, Cletus, Mary Romer, Bob and Elsie Gerlach.
He is survived by: his father William Gerlach of Clayton; his sisters, Sarah Grooms (Bryan) of Kentucky, Rachel Jackson (Rob) of North Carolina and Megan Gerlach of Texas; his nephews, Evan, Lucian, Sebastian and Augustine (Sarah); his niece Victoria (Rachel); and his pet Scruffy.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help cover funeral expenses.
