We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2020, at the age of 80, Vivien Duncan Hay of Blowing Rock, North Carolina, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vivien Duncan Hay to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ewing Duncan and Alda Hurley Duncan; her former husband Bo Culbertson; her husband Tom Hay; and her siblings, Marlyn Ellis, Charlene Ellis and James Duncan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Amy C. Bennett (James) of West Jefferson and Theresa Tess Anders of Phaff Town; her granddaughter Brandy White of Walnut Cove; her sister Gail Osman of Charlotte; and her sister-in-law Peggy Duncan Leeder of Charlotte. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
