Wayne Underwood of Blowing Rock; her sons, Matthew Underwood (Angie) of Lenoir, Mark Underwood (Crystal) of Blowing Rock and Lucas Underwood (Alexandria) of Blowing Rock; her grandchildren, Montana Smith (Mark) of Boone, Cheyenne Rupard (Clay) of Boone, Jessica Underwood of Blowing Rock, Jemmye Underwood of Blowing Rock, Brock Underwood of Charlotte, Roarke Underwood (Caitlyn) of Boone and Lucas Underwood of Blowing Rock; her great grandchildren, Eli, Chloe, Nathan and Jane; her siblings, Audrey Maltba of Lenoir and Jeffery Maltba of Hudson; her sister-in-law Gay Underwood; and her daughter-in-law Debbie Heaton (Jim) of Boone. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
