He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph John Howell and Sallie Maie Parker; his brother Joseph Jarvis Howell; his wife Billie Brandon Howell; his son William Brandon Howell (Tiffany); his grandson Kody Raymond Howell; and his children, Dottie Howell Diamant (Steve) and Joseph John Howell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Brandon Howell Family Scholarship Fund in support of Watauga High School seniors interested in studying computer science.
