He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Ruppert; his parents, Henry Ruppert and Caroline Ruppert; and his sister Brenda Ruppert. He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Welch, Heather Murray (Dustin) and Victoria; his grandchildren, Jacob Maltba and Kadisha Fields; his great grandchild Alex; his grandchildren, David Lutabingwa, JoJo Ruppert Maltba, MacKenzie Blake (Alex), Gracee Kleeberger and Victoria Dare; and his sibling DeboraJ.
