It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Hoffman Scoggins of Blowing Rock, North Carolina, born in Whitsett, North Carolina, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Lee and Ruby Lee Ferrell Hoffman; her uncle B. A.; her aunt Snook Clapp; her spouse Hovey Scoggins; her daughters, Shawna Scoggins Rhyne and Myra Scoggins; her grandchildren, Adam Rhyne and Emily Rhyne Greer (Joseph Greer); and her great grandchildren, Henry, Samuel and Barrett Greer.
