He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Pete, Lee Rector and Mary Mason Lackey. He is survived by: his parents, Tony Edwin Lackey and Lisa Rector Lackey; his wife Patricia Stafford Lackey; his children, Ada Rosa Lackey and Gatlin Raul Lackey; his brother Christopher Brian Lackey (Ann) of Alexander County; and his uncles, Michael Rector, Rick Rector (Debbie), Charles Sherrill (Brenda) and Ronnie Lackey.
