He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl B. Steele and Mavis Lovelee Whited Steele. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Wright Steele; his children, Ashlyn Steele Yates (Dusty) and Thomas Michael Steele; his grandchildren, Brenna Yates, Emory Yates, Cecily Yates and Flint Yates; his siblings, Randy Steele (Rhonda) and Jeannie Bush (Bill); and also Lovelee Steele. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
