She is survived by: her husband Douglas Butch Isenhour; her sons, Barton Eric Cook of Mississippi and Mark Anthony Cook of Blowing Rock; her stepsons, Tony Isenhour of Orlando and Barney Isenhour of Killen; her granddaughters, Cindy Cook Isaacs (Frankie) of Zionville, Jessica Cook of Palm Bay and Maggie McNeil (Troy) of Vilas; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Isaacs of Zionville and Cheyenna Hampton (Cody) of Zionville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
