She was predeceased by: her father Claude Norris; her husband Kenneth Hayes; her siblings, Audna Norris, Cecil Norris, Elmer Norris, Jeff Norris, Hubert Norris, Glenn Norris, Lola Greene, Gertrude Norris, Laura Norris and Mary Elizabeth Norris; her mother-in-law Roxie Hayes; and her siblings-in-law, Famon Hayes (Ruth) and Georgie Lewis (Fred).
She is survived by: her daughter Susie Hampton (Morris); her granddaughters, Brandy Hayes (Brad) of Deep Gap, Jennifer Triplett (Jack) of Blowing Rock and Julie Edmisten (John) of Sugar Grove; her great grandchildren, Kendra Wyatt of Deep Gap, Kenden Critcher of Sugar Grove, Kolt Brown of Deep Gap, Hayden Critcher of Sugar Grove and Hadley Ivey of Deep Gap; her pet Bonnie; and her nieces and nephews, Garry, Dick, Bud, Joe, Ted, Jearl Norris (Ronnie Lewis), Debbie Matheson, Pat, Anita Cook, Glenda and Evelyn Lewis.
