He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Clark and Katie Clark (Hicks); and his brothers, Roy E Clark, Harry Clark, Hubert Clark, Jule Clark and Andy Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Clark; his daughter Tammy Clark of Blowing Rock; and his pets, Max and Abe. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
