She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arl Milton Pitts and Gladys Bernice Pitts; her sister Gaye McDonald; her nephew Jeremy Bolick; her husband Randy H. Ruppert of Blowing Rock, NC; her daughters, Tina Welch and Heather Murray (Dustin); her siblings, Ron Pitts (Roberta), Sharon Osborne, Frank, Kenny Pitts, Vickie Moree (Geoff) and Paula Bolick (Dennis); her grandchildren, Jacob Maltba and Kadisha Fields; and her pets, Farley, Squirtle, Rose and Nayru.
