She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Baumgartner and Miranda Baumgartner; and her husband Paul Swicegood McCubbins, MD. She is survived by: her son Paul S. McCubbins Jr. (Jeannine); her granddaughter Sarah Green; her daughter Carol Michele McCubbins (Fred Martin) of Butler, TN; her stepgrandchildren, Kaya Martin of San Francisco, CA, Hunter Martin of Greenville, NC and Addison Martin (Jenson Weaver) of Valle Crucis, NC; her daughter Sara Kathleen Jones; her grandsons, Forest, Slate and Holden Jones of Marietta, GA.; her sister Jacqueline B. Walker of Grand Junction, CO; and her nieces, Susan, Jouflas Walker Harris (John) of Grand Junction, CO and Sara Jean McCubbins Maness (Phil) of Salisbury, NC..
