It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Winfred Fredere Porter of Blounts Creek, North Carolina, born in Beaufort, North Carolina, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Porter and Edna Hill Porter. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Porter; his daughters, Stephanie Porter of Greenville and Ashlee Porter; his grandchildren, Allie Porter and Isaiah Bullock; and his siblings, Bobby Porter (Tina) of Aurora, Rev. Lee Porter (Sue) of Columbia, SC and Lynn Edwards (Ronnie) of Aurora. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
