Hill Jr. of Randallstown, MD; his stepchildren, Julie Moore and Richard Moore of New York, NY; and his brother James A. Hill Jr. of Laurel, DE. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. nieces, nephews' other relatives and friends.
