Barber of Blounts Creek, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away at the age of 94, on December 8, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Barber and Helen Jean Barber; and his siblings, Sam Barber, Jack Barber and Dorothy Barber Gibbs.
He is survived by: his wife Jonell Gerard Barber; his children, Catherine Robbins (Chris) and William F. Barber II (Beau); his granddaughter Marissa Barber; and his stepsons, Steve Gerard and Doug Gerard (Leslie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the COVID outbreak, the family is not receiving visitors at the home at this time.
