It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah C. Rowe of Blounts Creek, North Carolina, born in Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, J. G. Carrow and Rosalie Hardy Carrow; her spouse Lacey Wayland Rowe; and her granddaughter Brittany Kay Rowe Green. She is survived by: her sons, Lacey Wayland Rowe, Jr. (Rebecca) of Blounts Creek and Travis Kevin Rowe (Kimberly) of Blounts Creek; her grandchildren, Jaime Burbage (Thomas), Austin Rowe (Jessica), Joshua Rowe and Reilly Rowe; her great grandchildren, Kaeleigh Green, Landon Burbage, Camden Burbage and Bentley Rowe; and her brothers, Steve Carrow of Small and Allen Carrow of Small.
