He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rodney Holman, Lanelle Holman and Leslie Hawkins; his sisters, Addie Currie of Leasburg, NC, Dorothy Totten of Blanch, NC and Irma Johnson (Jessie) of Beaufort, NC; and his close friends, Rodney Dickerson, Shane Harris, Raymond "Bean" Lea and Barbara Willis. He is also survived by sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews.
