She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Griggs and Rosa Eastwood Griggs; her sister Nancy Inman; her half-brother Walter Griggs; and her husband Reginald Satterfield.
She is survived by: her daughter Emma Stallings of Blanch; her sisters, Mary Inman of Mebane, Rosalla Barker (J. R.) of Hillsville, VA and Mamie Ray (Larry) of Graham; her granddaughters, Jennifer Sims (Nay) of Blanch, Stacey Saunders (Jason) of Debary, FL, Tracey Killmer (David) of Blanch and Samantha Moorefield (Evan) of Prospect Hill; and her great grandchildren, Jonathan Sims, Jr., Ariana Kilmer, Hailey Saunders and Nathan Saunders.
