He is survived by: his son Michael (Lindsay) of Pittsburgh, PA; his wife Julie Shook Muhlberger (White Co) of Blanch, NC; and his children, Sarah (Daniel) of Dallas, TX and Jason (Ashlee) of Dallas, TX.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead for donations to the American Cancer Society.
