She was predeceased by: her husband Archie Collins Baynes; and her siblings, Ophelia Smith, Annie Johnson, Deloris Williamson, Selma Williamson, Clarence, Arnold, Sonny and Rudy Williamson.
She is survived by: her children, Virginia Adams of Bronx, Donna Lynn Baynes of Yonkers, Lawrence Baynes of Blanch and Derek Cortez Baynes (Kaori) of Atlanta, Georgia; her sister Evelyn John of Melbrook; and her grandchildren, Ken, Rina, Darnell and Ronnie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Due to the constraints of public gatherings during the COVID-19 outbreak a viewing will be held on Saturday, August, 15, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Juanita S. Fulton Memorial Chapel of Fulton-Walton Funeral Home with a limit of 10 people at a time. (Per CDC Guidelines: Facial Masks are required).
