She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert Brandon and Nannie Belle Mise Brandon; her husband Aubrey Taylor Fuqua; and her siblings, Lawrence "Buster" Melvin Brandon, Edith Margaret B. Gauldin and Ila Mae B. Fuqua.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Hunley (Mike) of Yanceyville, NC, Elaine Wood (Ray) of Danville, VA, Helen Anderson (Champe) of Ringgold, VA and Aubrey Taylor Fuqua, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Yanceyville, NC; her grandchildren, Ken Wood, Tina Wood, Jason Grant and Aubrey Joseph "A. J."; her great grandchildren, Kenneth Michael Wood, Helen Renee Grant and Chloe Adaline Fuqua; her stepgrandchildren, Ricky Grant and Vicki Mobley (Dom); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Justin, Kodie Grant, Jessica Gentry, Evan and Ellis Mobley; and her niece Patricia Gunter (Harold).
