He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Long Fuquay; his daughters, Michelle Milam (Billy) of Sutherlin, Lori Watlington (Kin) of Yanceyville, N. C. and Cathy Fuquay (Ricky Morris) of Providence, N. C.; his granddaughters, Rachel Watlington, Hannah Watlington, Sarah Kate Watlington, Lilly Milam, Emma Milam and Grace Milam; and his siblings, Cleo Fuquay (Faye), Glenn Fuquay (Lugene), Cecil Fuquay, Alice Glasgow (Mike) and Bonnie Koch (Harold). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
