She was predeceased by: her sister Bobbie Jo Barker; her niece Kellie Barker; and her nephew Jeffery Myers. She is survived by: her husband David Curtis; her siblings, Phillip Packer of Whiteville, NC, Robert Packer (Dianna) of Dublin, NC, Fonda Myers of Charlotte, NC, Toni Matthews (Joe) of Matthews, NC and Sonya Leviner (Donnie) of Indian Trail, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Ashley, Leslie, Joseph, Megan, Lindsay, Bobby, Chase, Lexy and Amber. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
