He is survived by: his mother Betty West Walters of Lumberton; his wife Judy Walters; his children, Brandon Walters (Hillary) of Lumberton and Joy Smith (Ray) of Kelly, NC; his sister Kenan Walters of Lumberton; his nephew Wyatt Chance of Lumberton; and his grandchildren, Ciara Walters, Bri Walters, Scott Walters, Avery Walters, Lauren Griffin, Landon Johnson, Kimberly Smith, Kaycee Smith and Addilyn Smith.
