She was predeceased by: her parents, James Elmer Everett and Ida Mae Blackburn Everett; her husband Tommy Melvin; and her brother Frankie Everett. She is survived by: her stepson Ashley Melvin; her brother James Everitte (Bessie) of Elizabethtown; her sister-in-law Dee Everett of Fayetteville; and her grandchildren, Sarah Melvin and Alexis Monroe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
