He is survived by: his wife Elease Dove Perkins; his children, Wesley Perkins (Heather) of Tar Heel and Jennifer Hales (Ray) of Bladenboro; his siblings, Jerry Perkins of Clarkton and Linda Bryan of Tobermory; and his grandchildren, Arron Hales, Joshua Perkins and Alyssa Hales.
