He is survived by: his wife Linda Dove Walters; his children, Eddie Rouse (Marcia) of Fayetteville, Kevin Rouse of Bladenboro, Yvonne Christian of Bladenboro and Debbie Britt (Wayne) of Fairmont; and his siblings, Eddie Walters of Bladenboro, Ricky Walters (Cheryl) of Bladenboro and Nancy Byrd (Wade) of Clarkton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
